A collab with Brewski from Helsingborg. We got a couple of kegs of their APA ”Ananasfeber" and their IPA ”Passionfeber" and mixed them into two stainless steel tanks and then added our brettanomyces yeast culture and our house souring culture to secondary ferment the beer. The result is a hoppy and fruity sour ale which makes it the perfect drink for the sunny summer weather.

DØE. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bretty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish. 200516

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Green session. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of fruity hops and funky manure. Tart flavor, funky, with juicy fruity hops, bitterish.

Draught at KØ16. Dusty and citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour, pink hint. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely citric with a nice acid bite. Also a little funky. Creamy and dusty finish.
Draught at Ølsnedkeren Århus. Good acetic notes, not as funky as I remembered. Clean and very good.

On tap at CBC. Pours an orange amber with moderate head. Aromas of cottony Brett and fruity funk. Flavors of light fruity oranges, and green grapes with delicate smooth wheat like notes. Delicate and refreshing. Nice summer beer.
