Draft: Poured a yellow unclear with a white frothy head. Aroma is crispy, citrus, grainy. Taste is nice crisp grain, light sweetness, splash citrus, straw.

Pours a slightly cloudy, pale yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is bread, malt, some grain, a touch of grass. Flavor follows. Crisp and clean mouthfeel. Dry finish.

Pour is a clear golden with a average white head. Aroma is a nice bready malt which is a bit on the sweet side. Flavor is not sweet at all but rather a bone dry biscuit malt with some herbal hop finish. Decent beer. If this was a spot on recreation of a beer made before prohibition they were really ahead of their time.
