Another release in our series of beers highlighting how the combination of two hop varieties can create something extra special together. Our hand selected Citra combines with the still unnamed HBC 586, and really surprised our brewers as one of the best hop combo’s of the year so far. Milky pale yellow in color, and craaaaaazy aromatic! Think about eating white peach skins, crushing Bellini’s, yummo soft serve Dole Whipssss, drinking watermelon Agua Fresca, a squeeze of yuzu juice, and endless descriptions of fruit. It’s wild.
