DDH Hazy DIPA w/ 100% Nelson // It’s our series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. This is our 3rd time making this beer, but this time using our freshie lot of hand selected 2022 Nelson Sauvin from the homies @freestylefarms . The Nelson they put out just gets better every year, with tis year it being the most specialist yet! This Nelson helps create a flavor profile of yummy ripe guava, Oro Blanco Grapefruit, NZ Sauv Blanc, and Cotton Candy.

Pours a hazy, orange-grapefruit juice color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with a white wine note, some minerality. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Didn’t realize I’d get a unique for this beer! Very creamy, pineapple juice, with a more hoppy finish. Fantastic as always! Thanks TQ!

This is the best beer twenty-six days into 2022. Sauvignon blanc, very tropical, dank, lovely hue. Gorgeous beer. Thanks TQ!
