This Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with close friends at Fidens. The hazy hop-saturated body brings big berry vibes from hand-selected Mosaic and subtle grapefruit undertones from a small addition of Moutere.

Aromas are resin, citrus, cereal and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, adding in stone fruit and slightly more sweet than bitter with okay carbonation and body. Been done before. Nothing special but drinkable.

Loads of grapefruit and a pronounced hop profile. Finishes butternut it’s more of a rind bitter than a hop bitter.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Pours a hazy, lemon yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is dank, with citrus and tropical fruit and other floral notes. Flavor follows. Fairly sweet base beer with a moderate level of hop bitterness at the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
