Al naso arrivano caratteristiche di speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano sentori di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia e coriandolo.

Draught. Hazy orangeish color, with creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, coriander. Taste too, spicy. Medium to low carbonation. A bit watery texture. Ok.

Draught at Old wild West Roma. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some citrus notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

On tap at cheek 2 cheek. Pale yellow color, hazed, average creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, light dough, smooth yeast, light spice. Flat taste, light dusty texture. Light body, easy to drink, smooth. Average wit.

Tap at Baylon Café a trendy bar/Restaurant in Trastevere/Rome. Huge white head with good duration, refreshing, medium sweet with nice tones of citrus, wheat, yeast, coriande och apples. A rather classic wit a bit on the sweet side but well made. Good.
