Tomato Gose
Gose is a historic German style characterised by its light acidity and salinity. This makes it a very suitable base for adding a variety of ingredients. In this beer you will taste lavender from the small North Bohemian farm Levandule pod Řípem.
Gose is one of those beer styles that has far outgrown its historical form and now exists in so many versions it’s unbelievable. A style that almost disappeared even in the twentieth century has gradually transformed into a darling of modern brewing and contemporary brewers, allowing them to unleash their imaginations. In fact, the salty-sour expression of the traditional German Gose is a perfect vessel for any postmodern ingredient, from fruit to herbs to spices and other concoctions. This time, we reached for a huge amount of Italian tomato passata and flavoured the beer with a nice line of basil.

Can via drink Bubenec. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Medium sourness light tartness. Lots of tomato, medium basil. Little else to be found here though. Not beery at all. Strength is perceptible, even if not exactly boozy, but rather... just generically strong feeling, as much as a beer of this style can be. Good, but not great.
