Light brown with a three-finger, off-white head. Aroma is biscuit, light caramel and roasted grains. Taste is also biscuit, light caramel and roasted grains.

Pretty damn solid American dunkel weizen, rich but easygoing, with a good biscuit base dusted with caramel and cocoa underneath the usual clove and straw front. Mild yeastiness hangs around the periphery, while the finish has a clean bitterness and a modest lingering sweet streak. Very nice pint.
