Bottle. Extremely dark with a very small head. Aroma is burnt grains, coffee and hints of chocolate. Taste is a bitter chocolate, coffee and burnt grains.

Pretty straight forward, cocoa, coffee, deep roasted malt, with some smoke for good measure. A little thick on the mouthfeel, good bitter roasty finish. Top shelf.

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a one finger sized beige head that has fair retention. The aroma is strong with sweet roasted malts, milk chocolate and some coffee. The taste is coffee, chocolate and well roasted grains. The palate was a bit thinner than I like my porters to be. Finishes medium in duration with lingering roasted grains. Overall: Decent--righteous everyday drinking porter. Paired well with some chips.

Draft at Hops & Bottles. Dark brown pour with a fine beige foamy head. Mild roasty aroma, burnt toast. Taste is mildly bitter with a little sweetness. Body and feel are right on point.
