Nice little farmhouse ale, crisp and bright, with a yeasty undertone mixed with cut grass, flowers, and a touch of vanilla. Pronounced but manageable bitterness on the finish. Good pint.

Can - wasn’t certain this warranted a new entry, but they’re packaging and marketing this as a different beer, so here we go - I’m actually fairly surprised at how much the foeder fermentation does - it’s got a creamy texture - the spiciness and white wine character are there, but more smoothed out - very mild hints of oak - overall the flavors are a little better integrated - that spiciness does swell up from underneath for the finish - not markedly better than the original, but certainly different.
