Silver Bluff's IPA is intended to please both craft beer novices and aficionados alike. We use a substantial amount of hops in this particular beer, but the bitterness is firmly anchored by the natural sweetness of the malt. Multiple different hop varieties imbue this beer with its complex blend of flavors and aromas. Notes of orange marmalade are noticeable on the first sip, but it ends with pine on the finish. We recommend pairing this beer with bolder foods that can stand up to its intensity. A hearty burger, bleu cheese, or rich desserts are all good choices. If enjoying this particular beer alongside other beers, we also recommend enjoying it last since it can leave a lasting impression on the palate.

Straightforward, basic IPA, very old school, with a base of caramel malt tinged with biscuit, followed by moderate notes of grapefruit, orange rind, and tropical fruits, with a deep, lengthy pine bitterness on the back end. Doesn’t break the mold, but a decent pint.
