Just a big, malty treat. Caramel, toast, apple, and a little wildflower honey lead to a mild yeasty note on the finish and a gentle bitterness in the fade. Such a good brewery; nice to go to a tasting room and not see 15 NEIPAs and 10 sours on tap.
