Can pour into pub glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is clear, very pale yellow with tons of sparkle (very champagne-like on both accounts) with fizzy, finger-plus width white foamy head with excellent retention and no lacing. Aroma is champagne yeast, tart fruit, cardboard. Taste is champagne-like tart fruit, yeast, fruity esters, Pilsner/cracker malts. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, slippery texture, surprisingly soft-to-average carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, light and champagne-like. Didn't get much in the way of cardamom.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, citrus, moderate yeasty, spicy, saison yeast, cardemon - coriander - ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, ginger - cardemon - coriander alike, saison yeast, sweet malt - sweet yeast, fruity.
