Draught, sample. Tasted on the 11/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Slightly cloudy golden colour with a decent off-white head. Aroma is citrics, candy, grassy hops and grapefruit. Taste is medium hoppy and citrusy leading to a extreme hoppy bitter finish. Next one please!!!!

Canned January 2018, drunk 2/3/18.
Lightly hazy, copper-golden with a medium-sized, off-white head showing moderate retention.
Mega pineapple nose slowly divulges orange and grapefruit, as well. Kind of Trillium-like with bare, crackery malts and moderately sharp esters. Or maybe more like Trillium's less juicy IPAs, as this thing, like a lot of Half Acre, shows much more green hop, citrus and pine and very low juiciness.
Green, hoppy, zesty, spicy notes fill the mouth with nectarine skin, dry pineapple and somewhat scratchy at times malts. The attenuation and carbonation are both on point and the beer is clean, but for sharp esters and light alcohol and resin. I can respect Half Acre, but I really don't like the stark dryness of their hoppy beers. While there's a bit of depth to the malt, there's just no sweetness anywhere nor much juiciness to speak of. They're like old school West Coast IPAs.

Tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Golden-amber semi clear, foam is medium white and leaving drafts. Nose: oniony sonehow, vegetables, hops fighting with maltiness. Mouth: medium sweet mouthfeel, sweet and warming alcohol and malts going fine along imo.

Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/29/2018. Pours lightly hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, bread dough, light honey/caramel/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, bread dough, light honey/caramel/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, bread dough, light caramel/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 10%. Overall this is a fantastic DIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV; with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering, loved the hop profile as expected. Apparently Citra, Mosaic, Columbus hops; and Golden Promise malt.
