We brew this beer using American and English Malts to create a unique flavor profile (Caribe Ales). To balance the sweetness of the malts we use a blend of three Hops. This creates a perfect balance between the malts and the hops. Your nose and taste buds will enjoy toasted and citrusy aromas/flavors derived from the malts and hops. This beer pairs well with any local food fare, but also pairs perfectly with cheese, meats, burgers, fish and pizza.... Salud!

Can from SuperDuper: pours gold with white head. Grapefruit and some pine. Taste is bitter. Old school. Lingering aftertaste. Meh.

Can from 24 market in Isla Verde Mostly clear dark golden color with a huge frothy white head that persists. Bready caramel maltiness with hints of citrus and pine. Feels old school but also feels not so fresh.

12oz can pours a dark orange with a ring of white head. Not especially pleasing to the eye. Nose is a bit old school, pine, malt, orange, some wet paper bag, soap. Flavor is sweet with malt and caramel, big orange rind and big pine. Full bodied, bitter and soapy finish. Lacks nuance but it’s an attempt at craft beer in a desert.
