Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit aroma. Nutty malt and grapefruit flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light pine linger with light malt.

Bottle shared at the RateBeer DC tasting. Clear amber, beige head. Aromas of malt. Tastes of floral, citrus, biscuit. Medium body.

12oz bottle pours a clear, watery caramel brown with some spitty. head. Nose has malt, some orange, soap, pine, some paper. Flavor is very beer-y, malt, orange, grapefruit, soap. Finishes bitter. 6 2 6 2 9

12oz bottle at the late December DC RB Tasting. Poured a clear copper color with a small white head. Aroma was sweet malts. Some light toasted notes. A little bit of age on this one I think, light cardboard, sweet malts, some mild herbal character.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Aroma is grass and pine. Flavors are moderately bitter.
