Can to glass. Perfectly clear light gold with moderate white head. Citrus and dank. Onion slightly in the aroma really shows in the flavor.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 30, 2021. Aroma is hop forward with lots of tropical citrus, grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit and light dank, resin, pine notes. Medium light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a clear, golden-orange with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness with light alcohol notes. Fairly strong hop notes of tropical citrus and grapefruit with lighter notes of gooseberry, passion fruit and dank, piney notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA but I wish the Nelson hops were more prevalent than the Citra hops.
