Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 23, 2020. Aroma is hop forward with lots of citrus notes of orange, tangerine and grapefruit with lighter notes of stone fruit and pine resin. Medium light cracker malt notes and hints of caramel. Hints of alcohol spice. Pours a clear, brilliant gold color with a fairly large, moderately thick, fluffy, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderate cracker malt notes and hints of caramel. Fairly high bitterness and hints of alcohol spice. Lots of grapefruit and pine resin with lighter notes of orange, tangerine and hints of stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. A classic hop profile with a solid bitterness and clean, crisp malt profile.
