True to its name, Magnitude Unbeknown packs a pleasant surprise of apricot, lychee, and Sauvignon Blanc and finishes crisp. With New Zealand Nelson Sauvin, New Zealand Rakau, and Mosaic hops, it's the perfect blend of juicy, subtle, and crushable. We're excited to be bringing this back to the taproom.

Can from Gourmet Haus to pint glass. Overt citrus in both the aroma and flavor. Slight sauv blanc must in the back. Nice beer.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated February 8, 2021. Aroma is moderately hop forward with notes of tropical citrus, grapefruit, orange, pine resin and lighter notes of guava and passion fruit. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, pale, dull, golden straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate notes of orange, grapefruit, tropical citrus, guava and passion fruit with lighter dank, resin notes. A touch watery in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent hazy IPA but not top tier. Hop character is a bit muted and the finish is a bit lacking. Could be fruitier too.
