[ As South Plains Monster Mash ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, vegetables, yeast ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, yeast, alcohol, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic.
