Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and banana aroma with light spice. Spice and light malt flavor with light yeast. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with malt and light banana.

From can to chalice. Alcohol and sweet Belgian malt aroma. Slight candi and floral. Moderate spices. Pour clear and rusted gold with almost no head. Very slight ring of miniscule bubbles. Really nice flavor with blend of spice, floral and the yeast. Finishes dry. Slight alcohol burn. Would love a massive, rocky head....but this is still a fantastic tripel! Here's hoping Fieldwork makes more big Belgians!
