Draft. Mahogany beer with a dark cream head. yeast and plum aroma with light spice. Plum and yeast flavor with light spice, light caramel, and light banana. Medium bodied. Plum and yeast linger with light spice, light caramel, and banana.

Bready with slight deep fruit and a little cherry. Clear brown with white head that patterns well. Taste is sweet and chewy yeast. Slight chocolate.

Tap. Pours hazy copper, small creamy tan head, good lacing. Aroma is candi sugar, dates, raisins, clove, caramel. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter, belgian spices with a bit of bite, dark sugars and dried fruits. Medium body. Good.
