After aging our Imperial Stout for month in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels we cold press this beer through freshly cracked Trader Joe's Colombia Supremo coffee beans. Delightful caramel and cocoa notes of the Supremo Arabica coffee grown in the Popayan region of Colombia harmonize perfectly with the beer's rich chocolate and roasty character and the vanilla imparted during the oak barrel maturation.

Bottle. Black beer with a brown head. Coffee and bourbon aroma with light roast. Coffee and roast flavor with bourbon. Medium-plus bodied. Coffee and roast linger with bourbon and vanilla.

$12.99 corked bomber from TJ's Charlottesville. Pours black and thick with a dark brown head. Dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, barrel. Flavor is slightly sweet chocolate, dark roasted coffee, vanilla, barrel, roasted malt bordering char (but not quite there), bourbon. Really nice. If this was cheaper I'd stock up.
