[ As BAD Fred ].Clear medium to dark brown red color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, ginger. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, ginger, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150211]
