Made from Malt, Hops, Yeast, Water and - Hedgerows. We use pale and amber malts from the West, which give a subtle but malty base flavour, then we add bittering hops and a few aroma hops - but with the addition of wild elderflower to "dry hop"

Cock Tavern. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and softish. Light fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malt. Touch of dry citric peel. Mild eldferflower and orchard fruits. Dry finish with some lingering bitterness. A little messy but also interesting.
