Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Harwich Town Sint Niklaas (6.5%) ].Clear medium to dark brown - orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt - yeast, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast - candy yeast, vomit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, candy yeast, tart fruit - berry, vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141206]

Cask at the pigs ear festival... Copper brown.. Thin tan lacing... Soft sulphur eggy nose... Soft sweet berries fruit.. Soft eggy linger... I think behind the sulphur tines is an ok fruity beer. But the sulphur doesn’t work for me
