Tap @ CBC2016. Pours clear orange with a small bubbly white head. Aromas of grapes, floral, oaky, vinous. Taste is oaky, vinous, vanilla, grapes, citrus, esters, lactic.

(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours a clear dark gold with a small white head. Aroma is rather reminiscent of an apple cherry turnover, sweet-tart character with a doughy, flaky pastry-like malt, zippy cherry/sour grape acidity, nice and bright nose. Flavour is really oaky, toasted, quite tart and zesty red berry acidity, red currant, sour grapes, brioche malt, becoming more caramel towards the finish, increasingly oaky, and toasted, tannic grape skins, grain, pastry notes, funky barnyard makes its presence felt. Dry tannic aftertaste with lingering tart berries and vinous feel. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Quite nice, maybe a little heavy on the oak but I enjoyed it.

Draught@CBC2016 Red Session. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some floral notes. Flavour is mostly sour wood and some mild resin. Very straight forward, and quite simplistic.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, earth, oak, funk. Medium body, lemon zest, apple skin, oak, nice tartness, very good.

Teal label; dammit, version control is crazy on this beer. Pours clear golden, small off-white fizzy head that dissipates to nothing. Huge funky basement cheese aroma, some lemon, oak tannin, more funk Brett. Flavor is dry and light tart, pretty damn funky but in a good way. Light body, prickly carbonation. This is good chit.

500ml bottle last of the session. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a fizzy head. Nose is wine grapes citrus orange notes and oak. Taste is more of the grapes citrus oak and pucker tartness.

[ As Tired Hands Parageusia6 ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzyand open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart fruit, funky, leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, funky, sweet fruit, fruity, pale malt, light oak, light lemon - vinous. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160514]
