Time is a Flat Circle IPA

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and summer fruit flavor with light orange. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and summer fruit linger.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 26, 2018. Aroma is hop forward, but the hop notes are spicy and woody with moderate citrus and faint fruity notes. Light to medium light cracker malt notes. Orange, tangerine and grapefruit. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that exhibits nice retention as it slowly recedes to the edges where it lingers. High amounts of lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light to medium light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Moderate citrus notes with lighter dank, woody, spicy hop notes and hints of tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent IPA but I don't think this ended up being the best hop profile.
