Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Mighty Oak Good Cheer ].Clear dark black - red brown color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted bitter, dark roasted, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141206]
