A twist on the classic West Coast Pale Ale. Rolled Oats were used as 20% of the malt bill to give a creamy mouth feel. Citra® hops are a late addition to the boil creating a citrus and tropical fruit aroma. We also serve this on Nitro. Malt: 2-Row Pale, Rolled Oats, Wheat, Caramel, and Honey. Hops: Amarillo® and Citra®.

Sample during the ElkMoose Me, But Why Is Your Glass MT? event on 07/10/2020. Slightly hazy copper-orange color with a medium thin bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hop, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
