Poured from a 16 oz can dated 08/11/17. Aroma is super hop forward with lots of grapefruit, melon, light tropical fruit and hints of earthy and herbal spice. Light cracker malt notes in the background. Pours a fairly hazy, pale golden color with a moderately large, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a thin film that lingers. Medium light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with e light cracker malt backbone. Moderately high bitterness with quite a bit of hop flavor. Lots of grapefruit and resin with lighter melon, tropical fruit and herbal spice notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice IPA. Super hoppy and fairly hazy with a hop profile that is fruity, but with some of the more traditional grapefruit and resin notes as well.

On tap at Caps & Taps. It pours a cloudy pale orange color with a white head. The aroma has stone fruity apricot and some spice. Pretty sweaty fruit. The flavor is spicy and floral with tones of juicy, sweaty apricot and mango. Wow. This is good stuff. East Coast style.

Growler. The beer is a milky orangey yellow color. Itโ€™s clouded through. Thick white head, lots of lacing all down the walls of the glass. The aroma is big on tangerine, melon, kiwi. Thereโ€™s an herbal note to it. Some sharper orange or grapefruit rind. Some odd crackery, malt extract-ish flavor in the background. The taste has moderate to medium bitterness. There are grapefruit rind, melon and herbal hop flavors to it. Very dry. Not much sweetness at all in it. Medium body, big mineral note to it. Medium astringency. Refreshing but Iโ€™m not a fan of the malt flavor lurking in the background of the beer.
