Draft. Red-amber beer with a cream head. Tart and light fruity aroma. Tart/light sour flavor with berry fruit and light acetic notes. Medium bodied. Tart/light sourness lingers with light acetic notes and light berry.

Draft @ Sierra Nevada Torpedo Room, Berkeley, CA. Pours a hazy pale red color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour raspberry aroma. Fruity malty spicy sour raspberry flavor. Has a fruity sour raspberry finish.

On tap at the Torpedo Room. It pours a light red color with an off white head. The aroma has nice notes of hibiscus and berries. The flavor is crisp and tart with strawberries and a little raspberry. Great fruity tartness. High carbonation. Snappy finish. Very tasty, but hardly any real Saison character.

On tap at torpedo room. Pours out a rusty pink topped with a pink head. Nose is melons raspberry sweetness a nice sour and jammy note. Taste is more of the nice fruit and a well balanced sour tartness.
