Our flagship beer, a premium, golden-coloured european-style pilsner with a complex malty aroma and refreshing finish. Czech hops provide a herbaceous character with a balanced bitterness. The perfect island lager.

Tastes of sweet malts and corn. Heavy carbonation. Would be nice on a beach. Thanks for this one Bruno V.

Multiple cans, bottles and draft at the Westin on Seven Mile Beach on the Grand Caymans. The pour is clear slightly darker golden with a white head that falls quick. The aroma is bread and corn malt and perhaps a hint of floral. The taste is grain, touch of floral and not much else. Relatively clean and easy enough to drink. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and clean finish.

At the source: clear gold with white head. Grain and bread in the nose. Easy to drink and pretty solid on tap. Seems the cans add some metallic notes.

Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma oof yeast and bread, with malty notes and hoppy hints. Bitterish flavour of hops, mwith heavy estery notes and touches of malt. Bitter and estery aftertaste. A little watery but not that bad for the style. A valuable country tick!

Clear, pale yellow, thick white head. Grainy aroma. Grainy flavour, sweetish with some kind of bitterness and perhaps even some spice. But that might be the Fiji snacks from earlier. Nice, fluffy mouthfeel.
