16oz can pours with a nice dark chocolate colored body that supports a thin light mocha head. The aroma offers up sweetened dark roasted malts, chocolate, tangy lactose and some milk chocolate. The taste begins smooth and sweet with malt sweetened dark roasted malts and chocolate malts. It then picks up thin molasses sweetness and a light tangy lactose sensation. Solid milk stout with a wide load of richness for a 5.5% beer.

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours black with a large brown head. The aroma is sweet with cream and chocolate. The flavor doesn’t have much roasted malt, but lots of rich chocolate, heavy cream and coffee. Not too sweet though, which separates this one above most other lactose stouts. Very creamy mouthfeel. Pretty crushable actually. Loved this.
