Draft. Pale golden beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit and light summer fruit aroma. Grapefruit and summer fruit flavor with orange. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and orange linger with grapefruit.

On tap at Fieldwork. It pours a clear pale gold color with a white head. The aroma is bready with a little peach, stone fruit and flowers. Not very intense. The flavor is creamy with more flowers and light grapefruit and peach notes. Light sweetness and solid citrus/flowery bitterness. Easy to drink. It could’ve had a bit stronger aroma, but otherwise very nicely done.

First rating of the beer! Draught at Harry’s Hofbrau in The RC. Pours a clear, yellow with moderate white head. Beer was very placid. Taste is full citrus, orange, grapefruit with solid cracker backing. Delightful and another perfect offering from Fieldwork. If they are testing for the base malt....this would be a good choice!
