Draft. Straw beer with an off-white head. malt and mineral aroma. Mineral and malt flavor. Medium bodied. Mineral and malt lingers with light grass.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a clear bright yellow color with a medium white head that burns away gradually to a film. Short strings of lacing. Grassy hops, fruit and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of spicy hops, fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a Saaz hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma of light Bready malt, grain, grasses , hints of citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, hints of citrus, grass. Light plus body, prickly carbonation.

The beer is quite pale, a light yellow color. Clear. Smallish white head. Good retention, some lacing. Nice clean aroma. Light malt sweetness. Gentle herbal hops. Light bitterness in the taste. Clean, crisp flavor. Light and a bit grassy. Nice herbal note. Dry. Very drinkable. Good stuff.
