(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Aroma recalls a mojito, bright mint and lime, tart and lactic, crackery wheat, a bit of residual sweetness recalls the raw sugar in the cocktail, lightly salty, zippy overall. Flavour is lean, crisp and refreshing lime and tart orange acidity, some leafy mint, decently salty, semi-dry in the finish as the tartness fades a bit and leaves lime zest, subtle mint and salt in its wake. Light bodied, average carbonation. Not overly complex but definitely fun to drink, Angry Chair knows their stuff when it comes to adjuncts.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, lemon, tart, moderate yeast, soft salty, light zesty - tart fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, citrus - lemon, wheat, yeast, lime - lemon, zesty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Fat på CBC 2016. Smak och doft av rabarber, lime, citrus, gräs, hö, mynta. Frisk, fin syrlighet, torr, lagom söt, uppfriskande och välbalanserad. En riktig höjdare!

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session). Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, some sourness, some yeast and quite salty notes to it. Flavour is slight berryish sourness with mild tart fruits and wood along with some wheat, lactic notes as well as some salty notes as well. Mildly acidic and salty notes in the finish.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, mint and lime. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, lime and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

CBC. Pale yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, salt, fruit, wheat and a little sour. Flavour is malt, lemon, salt, notes of mint, little sour, tart and a little sweet.

Fat på CBC-16. En riktigt bra idé på pappret som också funkar i verkligheten. Frisk syrlig med massor av lime och lite mynta i bakgrunden vilket på något sätt ger massor av rabarberpajskaraktär. Hur som helst riktigt gott och uppfriskande.
