Tap. Pours clear golden, medium off white head, dissipates slowly, nine lacing. Aroma is pretty light, hints of and pine, lemon zest . Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, C hoppy indeed, not much tropical . Medium body. Not bad. .

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor with pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and tropical fruit linger with light pine and malt backing.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours a clear golden color with an off white head. The aroma has sweet grapefruit with some hints of caramel. It has a nice, classic C hop hoppy nose. The flavor has more of the sweet grapefruit, a little honey and flowers. Light caramel. Some spicy bitterness and toasted malt in the finish. A pretty good first effort. A little sweet on the palate overall.
