Draft. Amber-brown beer with a dark cream head. Light roast aroma. Light grapefruit flavor with light roast. Medium bodied. Nuttiness lingers with light roast and malt.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a dark amber color with a khaki head. The aroma is nice and richly toasted with grains and hints of coffee. The flavor is very light with roasted grains, light blueberries and cola in the finish. Very watery. The aroma was very nice, but the body was totally lifeless with some simple sugars that didn’t sit well with me. Just ok overall.

Tap. Pours hazy deep brown, small bubbly of white head, some lacing. Aroma is light, roasty, a bit of dark bread. Flavor is light sweet, minimal bitterness, roasty with light acidity. Light body, watery. Lacing the complexity that is possible with the style, and served too cold.

The beer is dark brown and cloudy. Smallish beige head. Some lacing. Light toasted malt aroma. Light molasses, toasted bread. A bit nutty. Fairly dry in taste. There’s more of that nuttiness on top of a light caramel note. Some nice toasted breadiness to it. Packs a good bit of flavor for 3.5% abv. Easy to drink. Light feel. Good stuff.
