Draft. Nitro. Amber beer with a cream head. Coffee aroma. Coffee and chocolate flavor. Medium bodied. Coffee and chocolate lingers.

On tap at Beer Baron. It pours a very clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is nutty with coffee, nougat, peanuts and some cocoa. The flavor has coffee followed by nougat, peanuts and cocoa in the finish. Medium bodied. Smooth on the palate with low bitterness, but lingering coffee notes. Good.

Tap at Pita Kabob in Visalia (on nitro). Pours a moderately hazy gold with creamy head. Aroma leans to coffee. Taste is milky from the nitro and coffee is overt, with a sweet chocolate backing. I still have no clue how to brew a beer like this - but pretty tasty and may get a point or two bump for the uniqueness.
