Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweet caramel malt with brown sugar, lots of speculaas spices, touch of dried fruits. I don't get much ginger. Flavour is quite sweet with a decent bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Not really my thing, quite sweet and heavy on the spices, but fairly well-made if you're into that sort of thing.

Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Bit hazy copper with beige head. Ginger, coriander, sugar, Christmas spices, bitter herbs, caramel. Lots of winter spices in this one. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. A bit too much spices for me but it’s not too bad overall.
