On tap at Goldwater, pours a clear golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out the sage upfront, followed by saison yeast and some floral fruity esters. Flavour is quite bright, with nice expression of the sage and peppercorns upfront, followed by saison yeast and a touch of citrus. Not an authentic saison by any means, but it isn't trying to be what with the adjuncts. Nice stuff.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Spice aroma. Spice and orange flavor. Medium bodied. Spice and light yeast linger with orange.
