24/8/2018. Cask at the 41st Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours golden straw coloured with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, malt, touch of honey, fruit and flowers. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Snaggletooth Deja Brewed ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sour fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]
