32oz growler pours nice dark mahogany colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up chocolate, plums, dates, a dash of spicy black strap molasses and then a mild malt roastiness. The taste delivers smooth sweet molasses and chocolate paired with sweet prune and date like fruitiness. Toward the finish a modest winter spiciness blend in nicely with the fruity ester and lingering chocolate. Pretty solid stuff.

Draft. Bronze beer with a cream head. Light caramel aroma. Caramel and light dark fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Dark fruit and light caramel linger.
