Cask at Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Dark brown black colour with reddish tinge, no lasting head and malty, chocolatey aroma. Taste is malt, chocolate, dried fruit, with some roasty notes. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry roasty malt finish. Quite drinkable

Cask at the Dove, Ipswich. Pours dark ruby brown with a bubbly off white head. Aroma of light chocolate, malt and dark fruits. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Quite light body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Leaves a tangy/popping mouthfeel finish, with a dry edge. Very drinkable.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Dove Street Underwood Special ].Clear dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, berry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, woody. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]
