Draft at the brewery. Crystal clear gold color with a white head. Standard pilsner malt aroma. The taste is not as sharp or bitter as some pilsners. Sweeter than average. A little crisp. Very smooth and easy to drink. Good lacing.

On tap at Gordon Biersch SLC Airport, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grass and biscuity malt. Flavour is near tasteless, with light grassiness and dry biscuity notes. Lame but drinkable.

tap at the brewpub - Pours gold with a dense, small, white, lingering head and good lacing. It has a very mild grainy malt aroma. The very is of mild hops bitterness and grainy cereal malt. It’s well balanced, crisp, and perhaps a little watery. Okay brew.
