Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Caveman Motueka Pale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, plastic, medicine, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, citrus, medicine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry. A little fine carbonation. Light pale malts. Dry floralness. Modest citrus. Light dry finish. Not the best showcase for this hop but an okay beer.
