Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Coles Merlins Stout ].Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]

Handpull Pint @ the brewpub, White Hart Inn, Lleidelio. Pours black. Sweetish roasted malt character, dry coffee grains, rather light but decent.

Cask at the pigs ear festival.. Dark black.. Sift dry roast.. Soft malts.. So chocolate roast.. Light herbal chocolate roast
