Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Prairie Branson Jamboree - Oak Barrels ].Clear dark black brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, wood, honey, dried fruit, bourbon - alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, chocolate, roasted, honey - sweet malt - dried fruit, alcohol - bourbon, oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160513]

Tap at CBC 2016 Yellow session. Poured almost black with a thin whispy tan head. The aroma is sweet roasty malt, molasses. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich oily, red berry fruit, alcoholic bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. A great beer but with a little too much alcohol burn.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours dark brown, no head, some light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, wood, dark chocolate, dark fruit, light bourbon. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malty, caramel, dark chocolate, wood, dried fruit, bourbon, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 130516
