(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Comes across much like a lactic-heavy caipirinha, notes of citrus (especially lime), lactic acid, mint, raw sugar, slightly spicy spirit-like quality. Light and refreshing, fairly dry with a tart lemon-lime feel. Not super complex but it does what it says, feels like a caipirinha Berliner.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This is a cloudy looking one, almost a little dishwater colored golden and on top initially a tall but fading white top. Smells different. Mild sugary almost. Yeast, cachaca, herbal tea, rum and lime peel. Nice. Tastes like cinnamon buns almost. Really good and refreshing. Thin oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation. Lots of fresh lime juice, sugar. More of that tea found in the aroma. Yeah, could easily down a few of these. 13.05.2016
